Mine-to-Mill Optimization

Keep controlling what enters the concentrators and the flotation process. IMA’s approach is to monitor and control the ore grade, analyze the slurry, and monitor flotation throughout the process.

The IMA concentrator solution monitors and controls the ore grade with online sensors on the conveyor before the milling circuits with assays tracked back to muck piles or the ROM pad piles. Assays with lump size and crusher data are available to estimate the ore grindability.

Combined Feed analysis from IMA FCA and IMACON leads to optimum grinding and energy savings, higher throughput, lower water consumption, and fewer tailings.
